By purchasing digital plans or timber kits from Team Timber USA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not make a purchase.

2. Digital Plan License

Digital plans are licensed, not sold. You receive a license to build one structure per plan purchased unless otherwise specified in your license type.

3. Permitted Use

Digital plans may be used solely for the construction of one single-family residence. Commercial use, resale, or distribution of plans is prohibited without written consent.

4. Building Permits and Compliance

Purchaser is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and ensuring compliance with local building codes. Plans may require modification by a licensed professional.

5. Limitation of Liability

Team Timber USA provides plans "as is" and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for construction costs, delays, or modifications required by local authorities.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once digital files have been delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials remain the intellectual property of Team Timber USA. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
